Purchasing on the Sapurhi website
No, you do not need to register to purchase on the Sapurhi online store.
In case of problems with registration:

- Refresh your browser;

No, there is no minimum order limit for buying from the Sapurhi online store. Check the "Deliveries" section to find out more about delivery times and costs.

As soon as you confirm your order, you will receive a confirmation email at the address you provided during registration.If you do not receive this email, check your Spam or Unwanted Mail. If you use Gmail, also check your Promotions tab. Yes, your payment is processed through the PayPal payment circuit. Sapurhi.com will never record the information you provide.
If you decided to select the Bank transfer payment option, you will need to pay for the goods within 3 days from the date you confirmed the order. After this time, if payment is not received, the order will be cancelled from our system. Furthermore, we would like to remind you that your order will be processed only on receipt of the payment(1-3 working days).

Delivery times will depend on the delivery method you choose at the time of purchase. Once the order is confirmed, the goods will be processed and handed to a trusted courier service, no later than the next working day. Orders received by 01:00 pm on Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays), will be processed and sent out on the same day. Orders placed after 1:00 pm will be sent out on the next working day. Orders placed at weekends or on public holidays are prepared during the next business day. Standard delivery will take approximately 2-3 working days to arrive in Italy and up to 7 working days for delivery to other European countries. Due to different customs procedures, some European countries may have longer delivery times. When the courier has collected your parcel you will receive an email and/or a text message, on the telephone number you provided when you placed the order, that contains a link for tracking your parcel.

If your parcel arrives damaged, looks as if it has been tampered with, products are missing or you receive different items to the ones you ordered and/or the products are damaged,promptly contact Customer Service using the tab at the bottom of the page or in the menu, or send an email to orders@sapurhi.com. Furthermore, if you parcel has been opened or sealed with tape that does not have the Sapurhi logo, you can accept the parcel with reserve or refuse delivery. In this case, advise our Customer Service team immediately, who will investigate the matter.
Refunds & Returns
To protect our Customers and for hygiene reasons the right to return the product can only be exercised if the product can be resold without the risk of harming the health of other consumers. For this reason it is not possible to return food products for which we cannot guarantee appropriate or correct storage.
You cannot return:
- Products that could deteriorate or rapidly expire (foodstuffs, including non-alcoholic and alcoholic beverages);
- Sealed products that are not suitable for return due to reasons of hygiene or for the protection of consumer health;
- Products that have been opened after delivery;
- Tailormade or clearly personalised products;
- Orders that have been issued with an invoice.
Discount code – Gift code
To use your discount or gift code, simply type the code into the appropriate field on the check out page or before confirming your order.
In fact, before proceeding with payment you will find a “DISCOUNT CODE" field where you can type in your discount or gift code. When you are ready to order, click on "Apply Coupon" to immediately receive the discount, the total of which will be deducted from your shopping trolley. You can then proceed with confirming your order.
